Report a data correction
Blueprint's A to F grade is computed from official public records, and those records can be incomplete or delayed at the source. If a grade or a record looks wrong, email us the address and what you believe is incorrect, and we'll look into the underlying source. The grade is not an official rating - always verify in person.
Common questions
How is the grade calculated?
Blueprint reads official public records (for example code violations, complaints, litigation, and hazards) and computes its own A to F score from them, on your device. It is Blueprint's calculation, not an official government rating.
Why is my building not covered, or showing limited data?
Coverage and data vary by location, because each city and agency publishes records differently. Some areas have rich records and some have little or none. If you think coverage is missing where it should exist, let us know and we'll take a look.
How do I manage or cancel Blueprint Pro?
Blueprint Pro is an annual subscription of $14.99 per year, billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel it from your App Store or Google Play account settings under Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy.
